Senior

this shot was taken for the purpose of my senior X project. this image contains numbers because they relate with school and hands which represent all the kids that attend school. in the photograph if you look at it from the bottom to the top the numbers are close up and start getting smaller as you go up the image. the tones i used in the image were chosen because i wanted it to relate to my first senior x shot. I intentionally made the numbers at the bottom of the image brighter than the ones at the top because i wanted them to stand out more. I edited the image so that the background looked darker and the numbers whiter so that they would stand out. The hands were done in that color so that there could be a connection with my other senior x image color wise. my senior x images are very important and i really enjoy taking and editing the photographs. I like the images i have taken but i believe there is room for improvement. :)

Enviromental shoot

For our shoot i wanted to take pictures of a fire fighters enviroment. I do not have a camera at home so i could not shoot near their work stations but i was able to shoot in the studio and photoshop some flames. :) The image on the left i believe to be patriotic as for the image on the right it portrays the other side of their work. The image on the left was taken more close up than the image on the right. The reason i did that was because for the image on the right i wanted the viewer to focus more on her face expression and the emotion. The image on the right displays her whole body because i wanted her body shape to be the focal point. I intentionally made my images in focus. I also intentionally made one of the images black and white and the other in color, so that they could be the same yet different.I really enjoyed this shoot and believe it to be a success.
