Still life assignment.

for this assignment we had to shoot still life. i liked the first image because of the light lines that show up in the book. Tis image also makes the figures look much bigger than what they are. i also like the three candles at the bottom of the photograph. In the second image i like the color that it came out, it looks more rustic looking. i like how the incense made it look like if the photograph had a glow. i had fun trying to figure out what i wanted to shoot for this assignment, and i shot many different things but i liked these to images the best.

MOPA.

For this assignment we had to take a photograph of someones culture/ethnicity. i decided to take an image of the last supper for my image. It is part of many religions and very important. I enjoyed taking this photograph because it was something different. i knew what i wanted to take an image of but i had difficulty trying to find an angle to shoot it from. I really liked how this image came out.

2010 show.

this assignment consisted of shooting any image we wanted in a very short amount of time so that it could be presented in the 2010 show, or not. =] I enjoyed shooting under pressure it was different. I also began using a new technique of cutting images just showing certain parts of their bodies. this is an image of both of my cousins. I really liked how the shaved ice looked since we bought it so i decided to take a photograph of them, i used photoshop to make the color in the shaved ice brighter, because the red was very dull. I liked shooting and i will apply the new technique to my other images.
